Who We Are

Transformational Education Services Inc. is a St. Louis–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2024 by Rubbie Groves-Clay, a real estate broker with over 33 years of experience. We empower underserved youth and adults through financial literacy, adult education, and career development providing the tools to build lasting financial independence.
