Transformational Education Services, Inc. was established in June 2024 as a dedicated not-for-profit organization aimed at addressing critical deficiencies within our education system. Founded by Rubbie Groves-Clay, a seasoned Real Estate Broker, certified substitute teacher, and author, she is also a trained phonics specialist Center Director through Applied Scholastics St. Louis's Learning How To Read initiative. Groves-Clay's passion for education led her to create "Get A Hold Of Your Darn Finances," a comprehensive financial literacy book, workbook, and course designed to educate youths and adults about managing their finances effectively.
Driven by a profound concern over alarming trends such as children reading significantly below their grade levels and widespread financial illiteracy within our communities, Transformational Education Services, Inc. focuses on implementing innovative programs and initiatives. With a mission to improve reading proficiency and promote financial literacy among children, adults, and the broader community, the organization strives to empower individuals with essential skills for personal and academic success. Leveraging Groves-Clay's expertise and her innovative educational resources, the organization aims to make a transformative impact, ensuring that every learner has the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's society.
